Tocom hit by second platform malfunction, suspends bait orders

The Tokyo Commodity Exchange has said a fault with its trading platform is responsible for the disruption of trading which has hit the Asian bourse since June 23.
Tocom said that some trading members had reported that they were receiving normal trading messages with correct values for the execution quantity, followed by incorrect messages with mistaken values for the quantity of execution while other trading participants...
