CME Group is in talks with Bursa Malaysia about an equity swap between the two exchanges. They also plan to develop a dollar-denominated crude palm oil contract.
The deal would echo CMEs arrangement with BM&F Bovespa, the merged Brazilian derivatives exchange, where a cross-shareholding cements cooperation on shared order routing and on contract design.
