Nasdaq OMX and BM&FBovespa have confirmed that they have entered into exclusive discussions with an aim of initiating a potential strategic, commercial and technological partnership.
The 60-day talks will focus on a possible partnership that could entail order routing between Nasdaq OMX and BM&FBovespa cash markets and technology cooperation.
