CBOE targets completion of demutualisation and IPO by Q2 2010


Bill Brodsky, chairman and chief executive of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, said on December 10 that the exchange’s board of directors had approved a proposal to pursue demutualisation followed by an immediate initial public offering.
