Senate will pass cap-and-trade if emitters get easier ride, says broker


Josh Margolis, chief executive of environmental brokerage CantorCO2e in New York, told Futures and Options Intelligence this week that he expects the US Senate to pass cap-and-trade legislation for carbon dioxide in the first half of next year.
