Management reshuffle continues at Newedge


Newedge, the derivatives and securities brokerage, has appointed Laurent Cunin as head of its Asia Pacific operations. He replaces Pierre Gay, who becomes global head of fixed income, currency and commodities (Ficc), a spokesman in Hong Kong announced today (January 12).

Cunin had been acting CEO and head of sales for the Americas. He has previously spent a total of eight years in Asia, including running the Tokyo office of Fimat, Newedge’s predecessor firm.
