ICE wins record revenues and profitsIntercontinental Exchange has reported record consolidated revenues of $257m for the fourth quarter of 2009, up 24% from its fourth quarter 2008 revenues of $207m. Profits for the quarter grew 72% to $84m from $49m a year ago.Although ICE has cleared over $5.5tr of CDS transactions since March 2009, however, revenues from CDS clearing were a mere $10m.Revenues for the year ended December 31 2009 totalled $995m, up 22% on 2008’s figures.
