TSE and Tocom seal carbon joint venture deal

The Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Tokyo Commodity Exchange have finalised their agreement to introduce a Japanese carbon trading exchange.
Both Asian exchanges announced the conclusion of the deal today (April 1) a timetable which was exclusively revealed by Futures and Options Intelligence in March.
