Osaka completes Jasdaq mergerJapan’s Osaka Securities Exchange has completed its merger with rival Jasdaq Securities Exchange, the two bourses have announced. In accordance with agreed terms, the OSE has begun operating both Jasdaq and its NEO division, which is the division dealing with companies with a small market capitalisation.The OSE already owned 76% of Jasdaq following a tender offer at the end of 2008.
