Eurex brings options on Euro Stoxx 50 Dividend Points future
Eurex will introduce options based on the Euro Stoxx 50 Dividend Points future on May 25. They will have annual expiries in December until 2019, in line with the existing dividend futures.
The contracts are linked to the annual dividends of companies in the Euro Stoxx 50 Index. Settlement will be in cash, based on the ordinary gross dividends declared and paid by the index constituents during each contract period.
Tocom’s volume rises 2.8% year on yearThe Tokyo Commodity Exchange today announced that its average daily volume in April was 120,612 contracts, up 2.8% year on year and 20.7% month on month.
