SEC-CFTC joint committee to meet on May 24The first meeting of a joint committee of the two US derivatives regulators will be held on Monday, May 24. The committee, known as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission Advisory Committee on Emerging Regulatory Issues, will discuss the preliminary findings of the two agencies on the erratic market movements on May 6.
