SGX will move equities to new platform before derivatives


Singapore Exchange has yet to set a timetable for moving its futures and options contracts to its new Nasdaq OMX-supplied trading platform.

A spokesperson for the bourse said it was concentrating on transferring its cash equity market during the second quarter of 2011, and would decide on the derivatives afterwards.
