DGCX introduces three currency futures
The Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange will introduce three currency futures tomorrow (Tuesday June 15), tracking the US dollar exchange rates of the Australian dollar, Canadian dollar and Swiss franc. The exchange already lists contracts on the euro, Indian rupee, yen and sterling against the dollar.
The new contracts will trade between 8.30am and 11.30pm Dubai time. Their sizes will be Sfr50,000, A$50,000 and C$50,000. The first available delivery month will be September 2010.
