Wheat futures and options make daily record at CBoT
Wheat Futures and Options on the Chicago Board of Trade hit record volumes of 354,000 on Friday August 6. This beat the previous record, 294,000, which was set just four days before on Monday August 2.
Of the total, 316,000 were Wheat Futures, a daily record for the contract. The previous record was 263,000, set on February 27, 2008.
