ICE announces May 23 launch of 49 new energy contracts
ICE announced the introduction of 49 new cleared OTC energy contracts for global oil and refined petroleum products, North American natural gas and North American power available for trade Monday, May 23, 2011.
With these new products, ICE will offer more than 470 cleared OTC energy contracts. More details to follow.
CFTC fines FX TradingThe Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has announced that FX Trading LLC of Iselin, New Jersey has been ordered by a federal court to pay a $110,000 civil penalty.The company had failed to satisfy the minimum financial requirements for CFTC-registered futures commission merchants (FCMs).
