Trading Places: CBOE Futures names new boss


CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) has appointed a new managing director to drive the expansion of its existing product line.

James Lubin, a 30-year veteran of the futures industry, will be taking on the role following his success with the bourse as a consultant and will be based in New York.
