US coalition to review client protection


A coalition of US exchanges and a regulator have joined forces to increase customer safeguards.

The exchanges including CME Group, InterContinental Exchange (ICE), the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBOT) and the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) announced they had formed a joint committee with the National Futures Association (NFA) to overhaul protection following the MF Global collapse.
