MarketAxess appoints new head of sales
MarketAxess have appointed Robert Hammond as the head of sales and dealer relationship management for Europe and the Middle East.
In his new position, Hammond will be responsible for building the firm’s institutional network of fixed income investors and dealers by driving sales across the region.
He will also oversee client and dealer relationships and manage the continued delivery of efficient and robust e-trading solutions to the fixed income marketplace.
Hammond joins MarketAxess from CME Group, where he was head of listed rates and OTC clearing solutions.
